Funded off balance sheet solutions
Understanding your situation and recommending the funding solution that best fits your situation is what our business development team do best. We can work with you for cashflow positive or even of balance sheet funded PPA plans where you do not have the available cash in hand to fund the project up front.
Project development and construction
You will need to ensure you gain the consent from your Local Planning Authority (LPA) and District Network Operator (DNO) before energising your commercial solar panels. Eden Sustainable's in house development and delivery teams will do this on your behalf making the process seamless.
Portfolio multi-site programme deployment
Working with large scale portfolios, whether it is multi academy trusts or household names such as David Lloyd or Dominos is well within our comfort zone. We can work with you to design and deliver each site to meet their individual solar needs.
Operations and maintenance
The ongoing operation and maintenance of your commercial solar panels is essential to maximising the return on your investment. Incorporating safe access and remote monitoring to proactively reduce issues is considered at the design phase to ensure our O&M packages are effective and competitive.
