The Pickwell Foundation is a grant making charity founded by Eden Directors Tracey Elliott and Steve Baker along with their spouses Richard Elliott and Susannah Baker (MBE). They support organisations, charities and other non-profits with small to medium size grants. These grants support those working either with displaced people or in the area of climate change.

Homemade was established in 2016 to provide social housing to rent predominantly in the South West of England. They aim to offer affordable and well-maintained housing to support people of all ages and circumstance.

Pickwell Manor is a luxury manor house, providing self-catering accommodation in beautiful North Devon. Set in six acres of grounds, Pickwell Manor offers glorious views over Devon’s rolling hills and plunging coastline. Every penny of profit from Pickwell Manor goes to the Pickwell Foundation.
