Richard is co-founder of Pickwell Manor Ltd, a Trustee of the Pickwell Foundation and an investor in the broader group of businesses. Richard spent a number of years establishing and developing the sustainable tourism business at Pickwell Manor.
More recently he has shifted towards the Pickwell Foundation where he is particularly focused on grant funding climate and refugee causes, in addition supporting community sponsorship initiatives. Richard is currently a Trustee of the human rights charity Amos Trust and is soon to be embarking upon a Masters in Climate Justice.
