Justin is an ex-partner of Stephens Scown LLP with over 9 years of experience in energy and real estate law, providing advice exclusively in relation to clean energy projects within the UK.
Justin is now integral in facilitating the diverse contractual elements of Eden Sustainable’s commercial renewable energy solutions. He heads up the legal structuring of transactions, drafting and negotiating of key documents, undertaking legal due diligence, and funding frameworks. Justin is a non-executive director of Co Cars and Community Energy Plus.
